OHPC  Recruitment Eligibility

  • Electrical Trainee: HSC with approved trade certificate in Electrician trade from ITI. Candidates possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrician trade from NCVT will be preferred.
  • Mechanical Trainee: HSC with approved trade certificate in Fitter trade from ITI. Candidates possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter trade from NCVT will be preferred.
  • Welder Trainee: HSC with approved trade certificate in Welder trade from ITI. Candidates possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate in Welder trade from NCVT will be preferred.
  • Crane Operator Trainee: Must have passed the 10th examination from the Recognized Board. Must have a valid Workman-C permit issued by the appropriate licensing authority. Must have a minimum of 05 years of experience in operating Electrical Overhead Travelling Cranes, handling a minimum of 100 T of load. OR Candidates possessing ITI in Motor Mechanic / Crane Operator trade from a recognized institute.
  • Wireman Trainee: HSC with approved trade certificate in Wireman trade from ITI. Candidates possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate in Wireman trade from NCVT will be preferred.
  • Store Keeper Trainee: Commerce Graduate. One year Diploma in Computer Application or equivalent from a recognized institute.
  • MT (Finance): Degree in any discipline with CA / CMA.
  • MT (HR): Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of Two years (full time) duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations & Welfare / HRD / HRM / PM&IR / MBA with specialization in HRD or Personnel Management from a recognized institute of repute with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. However, for SC / ST / PwD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.
  • MT (Estate): Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering fro a recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. However, for SC / ST / PwD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%. A degree in Law is desirable.
  • MT (PR): Full-time Degree with two years PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication from a recognized University / Institution, with a minimum of 60% in aggregate marks for all candidates. However, for SC / ST / PwD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.
  • DET (Electrical): Full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University / Institution / State Council of Technical Education with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. However, for SC / ST / PwD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.
  • DET (Civil): Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institution / State Council of Technical Education with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. However, for SC / ST / PwD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.
  • DET (Mechanical): Full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institution / State Council of Technical Education with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. However, for SC / ST / PwD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.
